At KHL we are dedicated to earning customer loyalty one outstanding piece at a time. We embrace and honor our commitment to exacting standards of craftsmanship. Each piece is hand crafted using traditional artisanal European techniques perfected over several years experience in furniture manufacturing. We value each aspect of the manufacturing process so much so, that we see it as the unique DNA of each of KHL’s upholstered furniture pieces. It is what separates and defines the quality look and feel of our KHL line of fine furniture. 

THE DESIGN: From the beginning of each piece’s creation, every detail of KHL’s upholstered furniture line has been designed by and with the devoted attention of our founder Kelly Harvey. All our designs have been created to meet first an exacting high standard of quality and showcase a classic timeless design that will enhance any space by evoking an heirloom quality to be cherished for many years to come.

HARDWOOD FRAME: Kiln dried solid Canadian Maple hardwood frames.

SEAT SUPPORT: Quality cloud comfort, no sag seating support built to last and installed by hand with the utmost care.

SEAT CUSHIONS: Blend down wrap seat cushions as a standard. The surface softness of the material, combined with the ability to firm up and keep resiliency when compressed, allows “getting into” the cushion, still consistently maintaining proper support of body and conformity to our customer’s shape.

BACK CUSHIONS: Multi channeled blend down back cushions is our standard to protect the integrity of the cushions’ shape, structure and soft comfort.

PADDED ARMS AND BACK: The true feel test of quality is our signature padding on the outside arms and the back of each piece.

BLENDOWN TOSS CUSHIONS: Our toss cushions are soft and fluffy using the perfect mix of feathers and fiber allowing for optimum style and comfort.

QUALITY TEXTILES AND LEATHERS: Nothing can replace the intuition of the hand. When we procure each of our fabrics and leathers from world-renowned suppliers, we judge the quality, texture, construction, and suppleness by touch. Materials are selected for their durability and beauty and are sourced from socially responsible factories and mills from around the world. Our leathers are imported direct from Italy.

SOLID LEGS: Our legs are of solid wood to avoid cracking or chipping and proudly made in Canada.
