North of Toronto is the luxury town of Kleinburg. Nestled between other mansions this award nominated model home was designed for a very discerning developer. The client specifically requested custom designed iron railings and a one-of-a-kind fireplace mantle. Besides those two requests, the brand-new 8,600sqft model home was a blank canvas for Kelly to create the perfect aspirational home for a new family. Soothing taupe colours, waffle ceilings, 10” custom moldings, built-in wine cellars and imported marble through the main corridors create the feeling of true opulence.

Nestled between the master bedroom and ensuite was a spacious master walk-in closet. Kelly deleted the doors to the space and made the room a stunning display of floor to ceiling cabinetry. Back lit glass cabinets to display a fine collection of handbags, a center island with practical drawer storage and a full length mirror all contribute to this room’s perfection
