OUR RETURN POLICY

Congratulations and thank you for making your KHL purchase. We want you to love your product as much as we do. Ordering items online can pose some challenges for purchasers and we encourage you to reach out to us at info@khl.ca with any questions prior to placing your order. Alternatively consider registering for our KHL Styling Program for a more detailed service offering.

If for some reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your item we will try to be as helpful as possible, but we do have some limitations on returns. Please read more about what you can and cannot return.  

 

Items Considered Special Order

All KHL Collection pieces, furniture, artwork, and hardwired lighting fixtures are considered special order and are therefore deemed to be final sale after the first 24hrs of purchase. We recommend referring to “Please Measure Before Ordering” under our Shipping Policies before placing your order.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@khl.ca to return or exchange your item(s) within 15 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders (KHL Collection, furniture, artwork, hardwired lighting), opened bed linens, or items that have been assembled, and/or items no longer in their original packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return credits are issued once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.

Please email us at info@khl.ca prior to returning for approval and return address instructions. If you chose to return an item, the return shipping is your responsibility. Items must be in original packaging and in their original state to be eligible for a refund. 

 

Natural Defects

Natural materials including wood and marble have variations and their imperfections are not considered defects. As foreign wood adapts to our climate, it can shift size and cause cracking. This again is not necessarily a defect of the product, but a beautiful reminder of its organic nature. 

 

Manufacturer Defects or Shipping

Any notice of manufacturer defects must be sent to us in writing including back up photos within 24 hours of delivery. Please refer to Warranty and conditions section PARTS, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
