Kelly Harvey Living is based in Ontario, Canada. Orders shipped outside of Ontario are charged the local and international sales tax of the area of delivery destination.
Please Measure Before Ordering
We encourage you to measure your doorways, elevators, and rooms before placing an order. If you have any questions about measurements, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not accept returns on furniture or lighting, so the onus is on you to measure twice before making your purchase.
Notes Section at Check-Out
Please utilize the order note section during checkout to specify any unique situations we may encounter during delivery. Unique situations could be no elevator, hidden entrance, basement apartment, a small doorway, security dogs or rural location etc.
Shipping and Delivery
KHL manufactured furniture is shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 days of manufacturing completion of the product. All other items will be shipped approximately 2-4 weeks direct from the manufacturer. All products and product categories have different lead times. Once you place an order, we will contact you to provide a shipping date estimate and finally notice once the item has been shipped. Please note that the names on packaging may be different than the names of products you ordered. We change names from time to time for marketing or to avoid product name duplications.
Small items are shipped via courier and our larger items will be shipped with a freight carrier. All oversized items over 100lbs will be delivered to your door and left in the original packaging at the prearranged delivery day. For smaller parcels they will be delivered in the normal parcel/mail system. Deliveries to condominiums and apartments will be to your main lobby, mailbox, parcel retrieval area or building’s concierge. In all instances you will be required to personally retrieve your parcel.
KHL or the delivery company will contact you to schedule your delivery day and time for larger orders. If you are in a condo or apartment building, you will need to reserve the elevator. You will be billed an extra $150 if you are not present on the scheduled delivery day and time. Some items may require assembly which is not included in the shipping fee. If you would like our White Glove delivery service which includes your item(s) to be fully unpacked, assembled, placed in your room of choice, and all garbage removed please email us at email@example.com to upgrade your delivery service.
Delays in shipment or delivery can be caused due to holidays, busy season, inclement weather, COVID19 or various other reasons. These delays are out of our control. We ask for your patience during these times as we do our best to ensure all items get to our customers as quickly as possible!
Domestic and International Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are calculated by total order weight. If your delivery is to a rural location, you may be subject to additional shipping charges. You will be provided within 48 hours with a shipping quote for rural delivery. Additionally, we may come across a situation where an item cannot be exported or shipped to your location. In this instance you will be refunded in full for your order.
